Miliunverd has trusted Elevam since 2012 for practically everything related to their digital presence. We didn't come for a one-off action, but to accompany a digitisation process that has grown along with the company itself.

The first step was creating their ecommerce site on Drupal, designed and developed from scratch to fit their business model and the way their customers interact with the brand. From there, the project has evolved edition after edition, adding new features, improving user experience and adjusting the site to real day-to-day needs.

Over time, the collaboration has expanded beyond the purely technical. We've also worked on branding and communications: how the brand presents itself, what tone it uses, how it explains its value proposition and how all of that is conveyed in the website, campaigns and other digital pieces. The goal has always been the same: that what Miliunverd projects outward aligns with what it really is and with the kind of customer it wants to attract.

Our relationship with Miliunverd is long-running and deeply involved. We make sure the website works, looks good and converts, but also that the brand speaks coherently across all digital touchpoints. This includes design and content, campaign coordination and specific actions when launches or key moments happen.

After so many years, we know their business, their way of working and their customer very well. And that mutual trust is what allows us to keep making joint decisions about how their digital presence should evolve, not based on scattered actions but with an overall view.
