Recuperat-ion came to us at a delicate moment: after a technical and domain migration, the organic channel had practically collapsed. There was a clear drop in traffic and, with it, a direct impact on the business.

The first step was stabilising the situation: reviewing what had broken in the migration, fixing redirects, structure and crawling, and recovering the lost visibility so the brand would appear where it should.

From there we started working on the website's SEO as partners, not as just another vendor. We organised the architecture, refined categories and content thinking about how distributors and professionals actually search, and connected the organic channel with the brand's B2B model. In one year, the B2B channel doubled revenue versus the previous year and, indirectly, that digital push also helped increase sales in physical retail to end consumers.

Beyond the SEO work, we developed a custom ecommerce adapted to the rebrand and the new communication the brand wanted to convey. The new site had to live up to what Recuperat-ion is today: a recognised brand in sports and recovery, with a clear, coherent message across all digital touchpoints.
